Active zone minutes not being logged

I’ve seen other posts about this issue with no real answers. It seems a lot of fitbits are not recording this info for people. I’ve reset it but still not working and I’m exercising really hard!

I am getting the zone minutes just not the badges for my achievement!!😂 here’s the phone number that I called and talked to a Fitbit rep. Cannot post the # so go to myhelpfitbit.com, then lets talk get support, then call 24 hours daily! 👌👍but all I really got answered was that active zone minutes are different than zone minutes!!!😂😂 but at least they will look into your problem! Hopefully this helps you get the answers you need!! 👌👍🙏😇✌️😎

Thank you Jim. I managed to get in touch with someone on the Fitbit chat help and got as far as ‘have you reset your watch?’ Before I got cut off. I have to admit I didn’t know I could do that and so did it and it’s now working fine 🤦🏻‍:female_sign:. For anyone wanting to know - yo I can do it through your watch - settings I think? Or you can start charging your phone and on the charging lead there is a button near the socket end and you pressing it 3 times for a second at a time and when the Fitbit logo comes up on your watch, it’s reset.
