Activity /zone minutes and daily goal issue Charge 5

Hi,

i have some issues with automatically recognizing of walk. An example is today. Activity zone minutes show 59 minutes, but this will not Get registrate in daily goal . Even if i take a walk for around 30 minutes it will not registrate in daily goal . It will only di that if i put on exercise manually.  Do support have any tips to solve this problem ?

Just to confirm, let me know if you're able to see the walking activity on your activity history, but you don't see the active zone minutes in your account. Keep in mind that you earn Active Zone minutes for time spent in the fat burn, cardio, or peak heart-rate zones. 

In the meantime, please try to restart your device following these steps, and in case this problem is related to the app, you can follow the steps listed here below as well: 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app. 
  • Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings. 
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if your walking activity is being recognized.

I have rebooted, deleted app, restartet phone and watch. Nothing jhappens. I will send you pictures so you understand what i mean. Activity minutes is shown and also my timeline. It has not shown daily goal since 18 of october.
