Part of the reason I picked a fitbit charge 5 was to use fitbit pay. I was told by one representative Amex uk was supported, only to find out after receiving it that this is not the case and none of my cards work with it (Amex UK/ Barclays Visa or HSBC) Yes there is a page showing banks supported but to not even support a major bank like HSBC is a joke. Add support for these to actually make fitbit pay usable.
Please upvote to get Fitbit to actually sort this.

Unfortunately, Fitbit will tell you the users of the products are the ones who need to raise the issue with their individual banks. I know this sounds absurd, but is Fitbit's approach.
I live in Canada where only one major bank allows Fitbit pay (the other 5 banks are small). This has always been a complaint from many non-US users. Just search under "Future Suggestions", and you will see users have been logging this for a while now. I don't understand how a large corporation like Fitbit won't take the initiative to contact major banks in each country.
I had hoped with the acquisition by Google, Fitbit Pay would improve using Google Pay, but I guess not yet (or maybe never).
