Is there any plan to add the relax app to the Charge 5? I preferred being able to not have to use my phone for breathing exercises.

Yes bring the relax app to this Charge 5. Without it, that makes me want to go back to using my Charge 2 and return my Charge 5 (even though i love the other stuff about it).

Really looks like it’s being planned and coming right? It shows the app on a Fitbit charge 5 - it’s not available obviously but why would they have these renders and screenshots if they weren’t planning to release it?
this relax app is so amazing! It’s different than the EDA app and I think this has to come to charge 5.
not sure why a feature on almost every other modern Fitbit isn’t here on charge 5. These are basic functions users would expect if it’s on many other devices. I had it on my Blaze many years ago.
this should be on charge 5 and it looks like they are planning to release it
-----------------------
The screenshots are within the Fitbit app. Seems to be something they are working on?
please provide further details…if it’s being worked on it would be great to know it’s coming in an update.

@Bushsara @markp88 Thank you for your replies and for sharing your feedback about the Relax app.
Even though these app screenshots show up on the app Gallery, unfortunately we haven't received any updates about this being implemented for the Charge 5. Any updates regarding this feature would be shared here if the become available.
Have a great day.

I was wondering why the charge 5 doesn’t have the relax app & I would like Fitbit to add the relax app in the next charge 5 update.

Please bring the Relax app to Charge 5! It's the main reason I bought a Fitbit in the first place

Hi, you said that the Relax App is not available for Charge 5. But the Fitbit page at
https://gallery.fitbit.com/details/000013fc-0000-4000-8000-000000f17b17
and then click on Devices Button.,
states that it is. What is up with that?

@themezman Thank you for sharing this information.
Yes, unfortunately the Relax app is not available with the Charge 5 at the moment. The team is also aware of the problem where the app is shown as available in the app gallery for this specific device, this has been reported to the team and they're working to resolve it to avoid any confusion, but I can confirm that this app is not available for Charge 5.
Thanks again for sharing your feedback and for the link provided.

Thanks for the clarification. How long do obvious things like this typically take?
Actually my charge 5 is telling me to relax and there’s no app on it. 🤦 Typically when I buy a later version of something it has improvements over what had been on earlier versions.
It’s very unusual to point a customer to a feature that was overlooked or abandoned.

@CJParis Thank you for sharing your feedback and comments about this.
Unfortunately it's not possible to provide a specific time frame, but we do know the team is already aware of this problem. This would be addressed with an upcoming update of the Fitbit app. In the meantime, please don't forget to vote for the suggestion mentioned earlier to show your support for this feature: Bring the Relax app to Charge 5.
Have a great day.

Well that I don’t know stuff isn’t going to work. I’ve waited a few months now and clearly it’s not a priority. I will be selling my used charge 5 and switching to an Apple Watch. Disappointing. I recommend you all do the same

@geng Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about this and your experience with the device.
I hope this idea can gather support from other users in the Community forums, but there haven't been any other news regarding the implementation of this feature on Charge 5.
The team continues to work to improve the quality of products and services.

After a few years of requesting this feature, what is to be expected of Fitbit? Posting on a forum is obviously doing nothing and seeing the app screenshots but not being able to download is misleading to anyone who purchased it.
I searched for the Charge 5's specifications and this feature is listed, and we didn't get it, so, what is next?
^what feels like

I agree 100%. It would take a software engineer a few days to figure this out yet it’s clearly not a priority.

Indeed. This needs to be brought back to the Charge line after having been present on older models. It is useful, and I used it daily. Why does each upgrade remove so many features?

I see some conflict of information about your statement @DavideFitbit
First you say "... but there haven't been any other news regarding the implementation of this feature on Charge 5" like if you are external to the team and have no idea what they are doing.
But then you say
"The team continues to work to improve the quality of products and services. "
So is this a fact or just a hope you have?
Frankly speaking this confusion of the Gallery showing an app that can't be installed is at least 6 months also and as today users still don't know if the app will be ever made available.
