My charge 5 for 2 years has never provided notifications or buzzed me when it should. Despite the many times been told to reset, upgrade etc, on sleep it just never did it. 2 days ago it just started working correctly. I haven’t applied any upgrades, no reset, it just started working. So I will now not be applying the upgrades that are there and hope that it might just work for a bit. As an aside the new app is awful and I won’t be replacing with another Fitbit when this one gives up the ghost.
