Age is wrong when i check heart rate

I put my birthday incorrectly but when I check my heart rate it tells me to verify that I am 21 years old which is not correct how do I fix that?

I don’t actually have ECG myself but I think it’s only supposed to be used by people over 21.  

Is there a box or something to tick to say you are? If there is, just go with it.

 

I’m guessing the check is there in case someone else is trying out the measurement on your device as people do from time to time.  Fitbit are probably covering their back by asking.
