Alarms on Charge 5 won't go off after 171.50 update

I use the alarm feature of my Charge 5 all the time because of the smart wake feature. 

But today, for some reason, the alarms simply did not go off! I tried to remove and re-add the alarms, and even restarted my device. None of those worked. Is this some kind of bug? What else should I try?

I had the same problem after latest update, they said to set up my device as replacement unit, basically to ser it as a new device. Idk if it fixed the problem really, smart wakes only works a bit longer maybe 4 days and then i have to restart and set a new alarm again.
