Please can Fit Bit improve the range of banks in the UK that are supported by Fit Bit Pay. My new Charge 5 does not work with ANY major UK banks except Santander. The limited number of supported UK banks is not highlighted anywhere on Fit Bit promotional sites. It is misleading to say that FitBit Pay is a benefit of the Charge 5 when it’s impossible for most people in UK to use it. Please get this sorted. Your customers have been asking this for years I see since reading the forum.

Hi there, @French_Fancy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
Please note Fitbit has offered the tools to allow a bank to make their credit cards available on Fitbit Pay. Then, as @LZeeW has mentioned, it's up to each bank to take the next step in connecting their cards to Fitbit.
If you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. However, it’s up to the bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.

Hello @French_Fancy and welcome to the Community. It's up to the bank to decide whether or not to participate in Fitbit Pay. A bank must make a financial investment investment in order to participate. My VERY large US bank doesn't participate.
