An alarm goes off on my watch every morning at 7 am and I don't have an alarm set.   I don't have it set and I don't have it set on any other device.  I don't own anything Alexa.  It drives me crazy.  Any ideas?

Hi there, @drumsequences. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is waking you up at 7 AM every morning. I understand how bothersome this might be. I'll be glad to help you to figure out what the cause is.

By any chance, did you see any message on the screen while it was vibrating? If there was a "Look Alive" message, please note it is part of your alarms and it seems like you have the Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't describe your issue, I know that you mentioned that you don't own Alexa, but please note I've seen some cases very similar to yours when it results in Alexa being the one making these alarms going off at the wrong time. So, please note that this might also be Alexa alarms. Know that the alarms and timers you set with Alexa are separate from those you set in the Alarms app. For more information, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Nevertheless, if none of the above helps, please try restarting your Luxe and see how it behaves the next morning at 7 AM.

Hope that helps!
