Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the notifications on the Charge 5.

 

Could you please provide a few more details about the type of notification you received? In the meantime, keep in mind that you can also choose what apps you receive notifications from by going to the Fitbit app > Tap profile picture > Tap Charge 5 > Notifications > You can customize notifications there for calls, text messages and third party apps.
