We now have a charge 6. Charge 5 was neglected since it was launched. No new apps, no new clocks. In fact, apps were removed like Spotify and wheather. No customer service. And now the expect people to upgrade? Is anyone really falling for this? Google buying up fitbit ruined them.

I appreciate your post asking for any new feature for the Charge 5.
My best recommendation would be posting this idea in the Product Feedback board in the community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

@CrisVillaFitbit if the developers haven't already noticed the thousands of complaints in the various parts of this community and in the Google Play Store then something is very very wrong.
