A post from another user indicated to use access to squashleagues.org to get this data.  They use an API to get it from Fitbit.  I had used it successfully but that site has been taken over by a different related site and the site admin has not responded to my requests as to whether they can provide such data.

Does anyone know how to download this data.  Fitbit support tells me it's a "future enhancement" (but no date offered) and I do not want to fool with trying to set up an API.

I understand and thanks for informing me about this feature in regards of your heart rate data on your Charge 5.

That is right, this is a future enhancement, however, my best recommendation would be posting this idea in the Product Feedback board in the community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
