I purchased the Charge 5 for myself and a friend. We have loved other versions because we could use the app or website for all of our settings and alarms! My friend is visually impaired and can't use the device to make setting changes, he needs to use the app or website. I don't have the dexterity to do all the swipes and taps on the device. We are extremely disappointed that Fitbit removed the alarm functionality from the app and website. It's terrible one has to set alarms solely on the device itself. We unfortunately have to return our Fitbit devices and seek out alternatives that allow us to use an app or website for all settings. Hopefully Fitbit will add back in all functionality they have removed from the app in the future. Disappointed because we have really enjoyed our previous FitBit products.

Yes @KoalaSerenity as per users desire, this function was removed from the app and website with the Versa, Charge 3, etc several tears ago. It seems people don't like needing a live Internet Connection to setup an alarm.

I understand but I wish it could still be an option in the app for those who need it. Internet wouldn't be required to set an alarm in the telephone app that pairs with the fitbit. But, I get it, you can't make everyone happy 100% of the time. Unfortunately, it was one of the features we used and liked the most since we can't use the settings on the small devices due to our disabilities. Thank you for replying. I hope the function is added back in the future so we can use fitbit products again.
