App is not showing all active hours for Charge 5

Twice this week my Charge 5 showed all of my 11 active hours, but the app only showed 10. This never happed with my charge 4. The Charge 5 is also much worse at tracking sleep. I may go back to wearing the 4.  With all the problems everyone is having with the hours of activity not showing on the app, why can’t we add it ourselves to the app when it’s incorrect?
