App isn’t updating my activity

So my charge 5 is working on my wrist but the app doesn’t reflect the steps/calories and it just won’t sync what should I do please?

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Fitbit app.

Please, I'd suggest you follow these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the steps/calories are available now.
