Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums for the fist time, @Lauryn1999

Thank you for all the details that you've shared about this issue with your Charge 5.

I understand that you're seeing this message on your Fitbit app and not on the Charge 5 specifically. I've seen some users experiencing this problem when they try to access the app Gallery. The team is aware of this problem, but they may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future and  they'll continue to monitor the situation. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured they're always working to improve the products and any updates about this issue will be shared as soon as they're available.

In the meantime, you can try some troubleshooting options:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to check if you're able to access the gallery.
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
  • Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone's operating system are updated to the latest version available.
