Recently, the Fitbit app has stopped counting/showing the time spent in heart rate zones for exercises. Now, my Charge 5 has clearly been tracking my heart rate as both the graph of my heart rate variability during the exercises and my average heart rates clearly demonstrate that I have spent time above the “below zones” threshold, so it doesn’t seem to be a hardware problem. Also, at the bottom it says that my exercise has contributed 0 minutes to zone minutes earned even though they are counted in the “Zone mins” screen. How do I fix this?

Hi, @Fabricius , welcome, I'm not experiencing your problem, I have this today -
May I suggest you log out of your Fitbit account, check you have the latest Fitbit app version, Clear the cache in the Fitbit app & log on again? Sync.
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Thank you for the response. Tried what you suggested (except I couldn’t figure out how to clear the cache in iOS; the option wasn’t there under the app). As you can see from the photo I still have the same issue.
