I got my new Charge 5, fully charged overnight and set up with my app. However, despite syncing it is showing the battery level when first set up (60%).
Also noticed that the date format, both when charging and not, is set to USA format and not UK, despite my location being recorded correctly.
Please could a fix be introduced to solve these issues, that weren’t there with the Charge 3 or Charge 4

I’m not sure about your first issue. Maybe try restarting the Charge 5 by scrolling down to Settings, tap, then scrolling up to Restart Device might help to fix it. It sometimes works.
On the US time point, many people are requesting a change to the format so it might be a good idea to follow this link, vote for the suggestion and maybe leave a comment too, to make your voice heard.

I think if you tap on Comment where the link takes you a comment box opens up - at least it did for me a second ago when I checked.
It might be worth trying again.
The Feature Suggestions area is definitely worth looking at when you have the chance. People have some good ideas that deserve votes and you could perhaps make your own suggestions too.
