The appearance of how resting heart rate is displayed has changed! I don’t get it, it’s now basic/bland, I can’t now see how fit I am compared to other people in my age bracket. All I can say is if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it … I always appreciate changes, usually for the better, but this isn’t great. Instead of changing what works maybe Fitbit could try adding new stuff. But thank you for listening to me moan!

I see that there are a few concerns on this forum of the resting heart rate and no response from Fit Bit.
if you review other issues FitBit comments a resolve or an explanation.
very discouraging when you rely on a set program to monitor your health and the provider takes it away from viewing.

Hello @AudreyRigg
There are 2 places in the Fitbit app where your Resting Heart Rate is displayed: the Heart page and the Health Metrics page. On the Heart page, your RHR is shown as a single value. To see your RHR graph, you need to open the Health Metrics page and tap on Resting heart rate or Trends. Tapping on RHR from the Health Metrics page will open a new page showing your trend graph and history. You can get to the same page by tapping on Learn More under the RHR graph on the Trends page.
The Cardio fitness score, which compares your fitness to others in your age bracket, is on the Heart page. Swipe up past the Time in heart rate zone section to find your Cardio fitness score. Tap on the tile that shows your Most recent score to see the trend graph for this metric.
Please let us know if this was the information that you were seeking.
