This is ridiculous. Today's firmware update has made the watch face black. The reboot instructions do not work as I have tried them at least 10 times. All it does is vibrate, get very warm, and flicker. This is totally unacceptable to push out an update that is this bad. You need to fire your development team and also your testers (if you even bother having a test team). At no time in my career as a developer would this kind of a poor product update been allowed to be pushed out. You should be ashamed.

Is that what happened? I woke this morning to my charge 5 completely dead. Last recorded data was 4:55 am and it has not worked since. This is ridiculous I am already on my 2nd one as well.

Yea, same thing! I am on my 5th Fitbit. They only work 6 mo to 1 year max.

I have same issue. I worked all day yesterday (4/16/23) trying all fixes. Never got it to work, charge it up, take off charger goes to 1% every time.

same here. Fitbit is horrible!
