Are clock faces on Charge 5 free to download?

In order to change the clock face on a fitbit charge 5 do I need to pay for fitbit premium?

Hi @AmeliaPond1616  no, you should be able to find a list of available clock faces on the app. I do not have Premium and get clock faces from the app where there are many to choose from.

You do not need premium subscription.

You should be able to change the clock face in the Fitbit app.

change my clock face and thought not having premium might have something to

Based on posts I've read, there's a current issue with accessing the Gallery. The issue has been escalated to the Fitbit team. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.

Hi, thank you for your help in this matter, I was playing around a bit and I eventually got the gallery to finally load and was able to change my clock face. It turns out my friend had turned on a VPN on my phone that I didn't know about and that's what was preventing me from opening the gallery.

Can you please provide some more information about what's happening when you open the Gallery and tap on clock faces?
