Are my Fitbit charge 5 bands genuine?

Recently bought my 2nd piece of Fitbit charge 5, while I'm pretty sure the device itself is genuine (connected to the app without any problem), the bands look slightly different from my previous set

Right: old band, smooth edge

left: new band, the tiny plastic piece clicking into the pebble is transparent, and seems to be glued onto the silicone band

Right: old band, the "click" is one-piece with the pebble, of the same colour

So I'm wondering if the bands on my new set is counterfeit? Like maybe the store swapped the accessories

Hello @szening and welcome to the Community.  I agree with you.  That isn't a Fitbit brand band.  You wrote that the Charge 5 connected, but please look at it carefully.  Look for Fitbit markings on it, too.  It might be counterfeit, too.  All Fitbit boxes are sealed with a tamper resistant seal.  It seems odd that someone would go through all that effort for a $25 band.  I think you should try to get a refund for everything and shop somewhere else.
