Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @AshishS!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue concerning HR tracking with your Charge 5.
As a first approach for troubleshooting please have a closer look here to hopefully get things fixed:
What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
If your Charge 5 does show your BPM and it's just missing within the Fitbit app, I'd suggest to first sync your device to not lose any data it has tracked so far. Next please clear the cache of the Fitbit app, then restart your phone.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I now have the same issue since the last update. Yes, I have tried everything suggested …. It hasn’t fixed it.
The new app is just filled with bugs and needs to be withdrawn until it’s fixed.

Thanks for reporting back, @AshishS, although I would have liked to hear something different.
If you've not already tried that, I'd recommend to reinstall the Fitbit app next. Don't forget to sync your Charge 5 before doing so to not lose any data your device might have tracked so far.

Hi,
I’d like to give you a positive reply, but sadly not.
reinstall the app, reinstall the Bluetooth connection, restart the device as NO effect.
Has anyone had a positive outcome to this issue ??
