I’ve had two charge 5 watches. The first one the band would just pop off the the watch.Second charge 5 the band pops off once a week ! This week it popped off and fell twenty feet to a stone patio and cracked the screen.Fit bit is replacing it with a new one 🙂 The little spring loaded clasp on the back very bad design!! The raised section on the Back of the watch that releases, the watchband has a raised section to grasp with your finger. that piece of raised plastic touches your skin, and if you move your wrist and your skin touches that race section the watch is now on the ground!
