Band on charge 5 fell to pieces

I have not had my charge 5 for even a year and it and the band is JUNK!!!!  I want an entire new watch!!!!   I have called and talked about this and no one has helped!!!  At least send me a new band!!!  I am going on social media and let everyone know what a sorry company you are!!!!

Hi @416  if purchased from an authorized retailer, the warranty is one year in the US and two years in some European countries. You contacted customer support - what did they say? Posting on the community forums isn't the same as getting with customer support. Doubt you'd get an entire new watch when the band is replaceable easily enough.
