I've upgraded to the Charge 5 Fitbit approx 1.5 months ago but watch needs to be charged every 2.5 to 3 days. When I bought it, it said approx 8 days.  Please advise how is someone supposed to get 8 days before watch needs to be recharged.

Hi @single  this article - click to read - has information on extending your battery. See if anything in there helps you.

I would assume the 8 days figure is in "ideal conditions" (aka minimal usage). Once you start to use features like GPS (continuous GPS usage could drain the battery in around 5-6 hours), SpO2 tracking, EDA/ECG etc, batter usage is increased a fair bit.

Do you mind sharing your typical usage with us? Eg. Which features and settings you are using and for how long etc. This way we can have a rough idea as to whether the battery usage seems normal for that type of usage.

I would also recommend restarting your Charge 5, just incase there is a rogue process or software issue causing the drain.
