Charge 5 was good before with several days worth of battery life. After update only a few hours. Service solution after trying all resets was to buy a new one.

Same issue battery life sucks on this device. Customer Service is terrible compared to previous years. the lack of connectivity to other equipment is a terrible problem and connecting to your phone with bluetooth kills your battery. I would not recommend this Fitbit.
