Hello,
I updated charge only 2 weeks ago and from staying ok over 7 days nefore update (I never use notifications or gps, just watch, steps, and sleep) it drains in 2 hours.
It is less than 22 months old and here in EU I should still have it fixed, but I do not have a receipt anymore. Being a Fitbit user for a few years, earlier happy with Fitbit 2 and 4, I am now totally dissatisfied something may be so spoilt after 1 upgrade.
Would it be possible to either get a bug-fixing version ASAP or restore previous sw version somehow? I tried reset, clearing user data, used old phone with old version of Fitbit App, to no avail.
Phones used: Samsung S22 and S10.
Current Fitbit sw version is not the announced one, but no new one available.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with battery run time of your Charge 5. Thanks for having taken your time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
As none of your efforts seem to have worked, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:
