Following 3 separate conversations with support asking me to turn off GPS restart uninstall apps etc etc There appears to be no other help they can give, appallingly poor service, support of no help what so ever and I am left with one of the flagship fitbit devices that is unusable
Has anyone actually received any help with this problem before I bin the device

Do support offer anything other than to tell people to switcn off gps ? Just had yet another email suggesting this "advice" despite telling them this has been done and the battery holds charge for seconds not even hours when it should be 7 days
Time to post a warning on social media describing the appaling device and support

Same issue I have been dealing with the last month. 4th time contacting support same trash responses I get. All they do is send me idiotic "How to improve battery life" links. They do not understand anything. They do not help and they do not send me emails to get a warranty replacement device. Pure negligence on their end. Horrible customer service.

I got the same stupid email, after telling the phone support person over and over that I had already done everything they were suggesting, none of which made any difference to the fact that my Charge 5 battery now goes from 100% to 0% in about one hour. It's only 5 months old, and until about a week ago I was getting 6 or 7 days between charges.
NOT IMPRESSED FITBIT!
I'm very close to unleashing a barrage of social media posts about the uselessness of the Charge 5, and the pathetic excuse for support that Fitbit is insulting its customers with.
