2 days ago my watch screen went blank with white circle and a cross through it. After trying some restarting steps, 2 days later my watch was functioning again. I did have to reboot, log out of app, and Bluetooth then recharge etc.
Today it has just dropped its battery load from 96% to 17% in 4 hours, and screen is unresponsive.
Is there a number I can contact to have this watch replaced please. It qas purchased only a few months ago.

Same issue for me. It worked perfectly up until Friday. Then the battery suddenly lost a charge. I tried the reset numerous times yesterday and had it on the charger most of the day. Battery would go from a full charge to less than 20% in an hour. I normally only charge it every 4 or 5 days. Support chat couldn’t fix it. I’m past my original warranty so all I got was a discount code for a new one. This was a replacement that I’ve only had since the summer of 2022. My first charge 5 was purchased in Nov 2021 and died after wearing it in the pool last summer. So neither charge 5 has lasted me a year.
