Not working even full day, drain within 6-7 hours, all process tried as per mail and chat ...,

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your  Charge 5. 

 

As you mentioned earlier, I've been informed that you already have a case created with the Customer Support team and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can provide you with the next steps.
