Battery losing charge, sensors not working, movement not tracking Charge 5

I've noticed the past couple of months, the battery life on my Charge 5 has been slowly declining, but it's never been inconvenient, just charge once a week instead of once every week and a half. After hard workouts yesterday, I got home, set it to charge while I was in the shower, all seemed fine.

 

I went to bed, and when I woke up, the screen was completely dead. Checking the app, it wouldn't sync so I put it on the charger and it registered 3% battery. I let it charge back up to 100% and synced, and it registered yesterday's steps as today's and no sleep tracked. I did a soft reset, and the battery % dropped dramatically over the next five minutes. The info for today zeroed out, and all sensors have just stopped working. I tried to reset again via the pebble, and reset via the charger button, each reset caused another sharp drop in battery %, and sensors are still not working.

Is there a fix for this, or is it just ****ed now?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

I'm experiencing the same issues... It's been charging for 2 days, won't hold a charge, I did a soft reset (using the settings and pushing the charger button 3x) and the batter went from 60% down to 3% in the span of 3 minutes. What should I be doing next?
