I am experiencing rapid battery usage on my Fitbit Charge 5. Rapid, as in consuming the battery in 3 hours after a full charge. Disappointed to read that 'a few' people are experiencing similar issues. I have reset the Fitbit (cleared user data), the 3 button reboot, the whole shebang. Disappointed especially after my wife's Charge 5 became bricked

Hello, @JoeOnRoute66 Welcome to the community!
Thank you for your efforts with the situation you had with your Fitbit's battery. I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

I am having the same problem. Today I charge my fit bit and with in an hour the battery is drained. My device is about a year and a half old.. Did the restart over and over again. Probably 8 times. What do I do. To fix this.

Is there any way we can self diagnosis the Charge 5 ? Whether there is issue in battery?
