Battery was dead, I recharged, Time and date are wrong. How do I correct?

Have you tried syncing it to your phone? It usually gets this information from your phone. If it's still wrong, check that you have the right time zone set. From the Today Screen in your App tap your profile picture, then App Settings, then Time Zone. If you do need to change it, remember to sync afterwards.
Another thing to try is restarting your device. Scroll down from the Clock Face screen until you get to Settings, tap, then scroll up to Restart Device. Tap and follow the instructions.
