My Charge 5 suddenly died. After chatting with Service there was no remedy. They sent me a coupon for 35% off a new one, plus a deal for the Premium membership and warranty.
I ordered it but then my Charge 5 started back up! I thought I would not need now (hahaha) and canceled the order, warranty and premium membership.
Charge 5 died again and would only hold a charge of an hour or so……
Bought an Apple Watch (which has more than I need or will use) as I didn’t want to end up with another dead Charge. (Spouse has Garmin but can only have one on an account, like Fitbit.).
just got refunded for the Charge 5 and the warranty but not the membership.

According to the terms and policy when you start or purchase the Fitbit Premium Subscription says that you are allowing the Premium Services to credit the subscription when it expires to continue with the program.
If you want a refund, you can see from fitbit.com says the Fitbit Premium subscription is not refundable, even if you do not have your Fitbit watch.”
So now I have a membership for something I cannot use as I have no Fitbit.
