Black screen and not charging

Hi.  My 6 month old charge 5 went to a black screen.  I can’t get it to respond or charge.  I have done a reset a bunch of times to no avail.  I have also clean the connection points and bought a new charge if cord to see if it was that.  How do I send this back to Fitbit for warranty?

Same!! I was in the middle of working out and mine shut down completely. Nothing is working, and this the second one this has happened to since April!

Bought mine in February. Had a bit of trouble having it connect to charge. Replaced to cord and still does nothing. In the process of sending it back for warranty

Hi this happened to me…..

I went Fitbit official site, opened a live chat.

first we went to the basic trouble shooting steps. They check your account and based on your unique situation and condition they will tell you the next possible steps. 

I bought it new in December so I had in the Uk 2 years guarantee.

I was lucky and they provided a shipping label and now I got he confirmation that my replacement has been sent out.

Same thing just happened to me while I was in the middle of a swim . Black screen and won’t respond and it’s still 33% charged. Cleaned all connections and tried the restart process. Nothing seems to work , I’m very disappointed this is my 5th Fitbit and it’s only 6 months old .

I guess I’ll have to resurrect my charge 4. 🤬

My Charge 5 started only lasting an hour on the 100% charged Battery, now I have just a Black Screen.  I have attempted to contact Fitbit with no luck so far.
