Black screen like everyone else. But I tried all the instructions to restart. The I tried the instructions to reinstall. But since the screen still didn't work, I now can't reinstall my charge five. Before this, I had a black screen, but at least it seemed to continue to track everything when I looked into the app. Now I got a 120 dollar device that I am not able to use at all.

Just want to add that because the screen is black, I couldn't complete reinstall because it shows a code on the device that has to be input into the app to complete install. But, I can't see that code because the screen is black.

Funny mine just went black halfway through today. Tracking stopped also. Reset not working… logo comes up but then disappears and watch not responding. Bought in February with their ultra crappy Luxe for my wife. The Luxe is absolute garbage and hadn’t worked properly from the start. Shoulda just bought another Cling. They are made in the same facility but at least Cling has warranty because it’s medical grade.

Bought my charge 5 in feb too. The problem started about a month ago. I am very upset that I can't find a number or email to reach out directly to Fitbit about a product that I can't use and that none of their fixes have resolved. I paid 120 bucks this and I can't even use it. I have been using fitbit products for about 3 years now. But, If I have to buy a new product because Fitbit won't take care of this issue, I just won't be buying anymore fitbit products again. Too much money for something that won't work and for which they won't fix or replace.
