Can anyone help?
BLACK SCREEN, BUT STILL BUZZING. Resetting, cleaning the pins and charging for forever is not fixing the problem. Device still black, but happily buzzing when I reset it with the 3 pushes on the charging cable. Other than that, nothing! Mobile app can't find the charge 5, and thus can't sync even though app's updated to latest version. Computer also can't see charge 5, when connected directly.
This is my fifth Fitbit, and it's only 1,5 year old. All other four devices was replaced by seller, as they stopped working during warranty, that is less than one year old (Denmark here). This will be my last Fitbit! I simply can't endorse buying devices, that stops working after 6-18 months. It's an annoying waste of time, too expensive and a complete waste of ressources.
If Fitbit can't help, it's RIP Fitbit Charge 5, followed by a Trustpilot review.
Thx to the community however, the best thing about Fitbit:-)

I have the same problem. Did the 3 button reset on Sunday and charged to 100%. Yesterday totally dead and won't even vibrate when I try to charge it. Doing 3 button thing again did nothing either. I have had this model for years (my previous model Fitbits had the same problem and they took care of them). Now all I get is a 35% discount which I am waiting on the e-mail since yesterday. If I do decide to get another one, it will not be through Fitbit and I have seen better sales.
