Sorry to see you're having problems with your Charge 5.

There are 2 troubleshooting steps to try. 

  1. Restart your Charge 5 using the charging cable that came with your device. It might take several tries. Click here for: How to restart Charge 5 
  2. Change the clock face. Sometimes this will work to get your device back to normal operation. This also may take a few tries. If this works, you can change back to the clock face that you like. Click here for: How to change clock face 

If neither of these steps work and your Charge 5 is still in warranty, I recommend you contact Fitbit support. They will likely walk you through the same troubleshooting steps. Once they confirm that the troubleshooting steps were not successful in returning your device back to normal operation and that it's still under warranty, they should send you an offer for a replacement tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. If your Charge 5 is out of warranty, then they should offer a discount on a replacement. Note: the discount is on the full price even if the device is on sale in the Fitbit store.
