After I had my Fitbit in saltwater, it started acting weird. I had it in the water for maybe 10 minutes. The charge 5 does not hold the battery level anymore. My screen is always black even after trying both of the reset/restart troubleshooting tips. If I wear the Charge 5, it still calculates my steps. I do not know what to do.

Hello, @st_w5, and welcome to the Fitbit Community-
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen of your Charge 5 after wearing it while swimming. By any chance. do you see condensation on it?
Also, can you complete the following, please?
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your Charge 5 by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Charge 5. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.

After it is on the charge for awhile, I do see condensation. My Fitbit does not even try to charge while it is on the charger. The Charge 5 was not even connected to the bluetooth on my phone so it would not sync. But I can try all these steps when I have let my Fitbit sit in rice to get the moisture out.
