I have been trying for days to get help. Chat disconnects. Can't get anyone in the phone. Screen went blank days ago. I tried resetting with instructions found on website. I tried changing the clock in the app. I tried reaching out on Twitter. Radio silence. Very frustrating. How do you get help???????
I went on Live Chat, said they would email me. That was 2 hours ago. Not sure how long to wait before I try again. My problem sounds similar- ever since update I've had rapid draining of battery and now can't even get it to connect with the cable.
