Black screen won't hold charge

Fitbit charge 5 won't hold charge and is with black screen. Have tried the three presses on the end of charge cable logo comes up intermittently then back to black screen. Not impressed second Fitbit charge 3 and garbage in a year, seems to be a throw away watch

I have the same problem with mine.  I am on my 4th Charge 5 watch.  Talked to fitbit today and they are sending me another one.  I asked if they were having a problem with these Charge 5 watches and he said yes.  They do not sell them anymore.  So, great, my 4th watch is only 5 months old and it quit just like my

previous ones.  It has a black screen, tried the press 3 thing "alot" of times.  It will only hold a charge for about an hour.  I was upset that they are only going to

replace it with the same model, when they "know" they don't work properly. When this one goes, I will "NOT" be buying another FitBit product!

Ditto my second Fitbit product and they have certainly lost my support. A
lot of other people with the same issues so Fitbit may be soon a bye-bye
company. I need a watch but will not be with them.
