Hello
I woke to a black blank screen this morning. It was syncing before bed and working and recorded my sleep. Today I have put it on charge with the original cable in a working socket, after 18hrs it only vibrates once when magnetic charge is placed correctly. I have tried the reset instructions to press the button and still nothing.
How can I fix this it is less than 12months old 07 mar 23.

My Fitbit did an automatic update today and now it no longer works. The screen is blank and won’t come on. I’ve tried to force restart with the charging cable, and it vibrates but that’s it. Nothing works.

Hi @Karindax @MZaw, a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
To resolve this issue, try changing the clock face to a different one available in the Fitbit Gallery app. After changing the clock face, please restart your device by plugging it into the charging cable and pressing the button three times.

I just changed the clock face. we will see if that does anything. though unlikely. it's been charging for 3 days and is still only at 1%. I'd like a replacement.
-----------------
I did that. It charged to 99%. I disconnected it from the charger. The screen went black. I reconnected, and it showed the battery at 1%. I tried restarting it by pushing 3x on the charging cable. I have done this fun routine dozens of times in the last few days with the same result. The fitbit doesn't work because of the firmware update. I want my fitbit replaced.
