Blank screen- totally dead even after resetting Charge 5

I have my Charge 5 for not even 1 week

- all was operating well until this morning and devise seems dead ! Was fully charged yesterday and all battery saving settings  were set. When attaching to power to reset- the Fitbit reset icon appears , however devise fails to operate - any ideas ? I am getting a little concerned about the quality of this version

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case and it seems they've provided you with some instructions, they will let you know how to proceed.
