Hi my charge 5 is new, bought last month replacing charge 3. It is syncing with the app on my I phone but I can’t change the clock face and the app shows no connection to the device. Fitbit is fully charged but the Bluetooth connection on the app now can’t find the charge 5 which is right next to the phone. I tried turning Bluetooth on and off several times, tried phone turning on and off, tried pressing the button on the charger 3 times as suggested earlier but it’s not still finding the device. Please help
