I am extremely frustrated with my brand-new Charge 5 and the fact that I had to dig for information about the battery issue. In speaking to CS, the new patch does not resolve this issue and they are "working on an update to fix it". I am along time Fit Bit user and this is my 4th Fit Bit.
I plan to return it but I am extremely disappointed with not only the issue but how Fit Bit is handling it.
Did the recent update fix this issue for anyone?

No my Fitbit Charge 5 brand new and update did not fix issue.
