Brand new Charge 5 vibrated to death?

Hi Fitbit community, i’ve just got in touch with customer support, but thought I would post this here, if anyone has had similar issues! Brand new Charge 5 (a semi-complimentary replacement for my broken Charge 4) ran into problems within 24hrs! During the night it gave a white/static screen (like old analogue telly) and started vibrating constantly. I took it off and tried charging, power brought it back to normal for a moment but it started vibrating constantly again and the screen was going mad, so i was forced to unplug and let it run out of power by vibrating itself to a dead state. Totally unresponsive in the morning after charging, hard reset with cable etc. Not great!
