I saw a suggestion in searcg (link removed as this websites says invalid HTML ) where AlejandraFitbit says ensure you use the FitBit app -the when someone says they did this "Turn blaze classic to oair, Search on phone, The code should display on both the tracker and phone., Iris important to accept on the blaze first, then the phone." AlejandraFitbit says did you do tuis - which is the reverse of using the fitbit app
I am trying to use the fitbit app - I selected replace charge 3 - and that all worked however it never manages to finish the bluetooth pairing process - it just says something went wrong retry or cancel - When I say cancel it just says this wont give good communications
What am I meant to do ?

So it appears the FitBit app on the phone does not handle old fitbit charge 5 software versions properly (as in a version of software on the watch as bought from the store that day)
To get this to work I had to CANCEL blue tooth pariing , Acknowledge that this is going to cause me slow sync issues
Then allow the fitbit phone app to update the watch software, and when that is all over attempt a sync and then I got the prompt to accept the pairing
