Brand new Charge 5 won't charge or turn on

Opened the box about 3 hours ago, followed directions to charge.

Removed plastic wrapping.

Tried several outlets.

No vibration.

Won't turn on.

No battery screen.

The thing is dead.

Tried pressing the charging button three times and then waiting. No response.

Left it on the charger for 30 minutes. Still no response. Tried holding the reset button for 15 seconds ... still no response. 

It is now plugged into my pc.

 

I'm out of ideas. Please help.

The same happened to mine over night after being delivered...Had to return it for replacement
