I tried to see the breakdown of my heart rate throughout the day but it doesn’t show me it shows my heart rate when it’s at its highest but will not show me like if it goes up 10 bpm or down and at what time and it keeps recording me as bicycling when I never ride a bike let alone own one the most I do is jog with my horses. Im not supposed to be running on my knee at this point of my recovery from my surgery. But with my family history of heart problems and my bpm at 83 when I sleep when I’m just sitting at home it gets up to 145 not watching tv or doing anything to cause it to get so high I want to see the breakdown of when my heart rate goes up or down so is there a way to do that with my charge 5?

Hi, @Adapp1990 , you can definitely do that, but you will need to find this in your app. From the front (Today) page in your app click on the heart icon to go to the heart rate page. On the heart rate page you will see your resting heart rate for each day and a graph icon. If you click on the graph icon for any day you will be able to see detail of when your heart rate went up and how high it went. If you run your finger over the graph you will see the exact time and the exact rate detected. It will show yellow for rates in your fatburn zone, orange for cardio, and red for peak. (It works very slightly differently depending on whether you use iOS or Android, but that is basically how you check this).
Please let us know if this solves your issue. Welcome to the forums!
If you find that your Fitbit is often detecting bike riding and this is something you don’t do the simple solution is to turn off that exercise in your app. On the front page of your app (Today screen) scroll down to “Activity and wellness” on the next screen choose “exercise”. There you will see a list of auto recognised activities. Click on any that you don’t do and toggle auto recognize to off and then save.
Be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make and changes in the app.
